This fantasy starring Sean Connery, John Cleese, Shelly Duvall, and Michael Palin, delivers the style of comedy and adventure that Terry Gilliam perfected in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Kevin is a boy with a vivid imagination. On consecutive evenings he is visited by six dwarfs who enter through his wardrobe. He realizes that his room is a portal, and an adventure begins with his new friends who have stolen a map of the holes in the ‘spacetime’ fabric. They travel in search of riches and encounter historical figures, unaware that they are being monitored by a sorcerer named Evil, who seeks the map himself. (35mm presentation)
