Jane Austen 250th Birthday Celebration!
Celebrate the 250th birthday of beloved author and long-standing cultural force Jane Austen with special programming curated through a partnership between IU Cinema and IU Libraries.
Jane Austen’s work has always been prime fodder for film and television, and her novels remain some of the most routinely adapted works from the 19th century. On the occasion of her 250th birthday (December 16), the Cinema and the Libraries are combining our expertise to bring Bloomington a celebration of all things Austen!
