Hannah Fidell is a director/writer/producer based in Brooklyn, NY. Recently named to Filmmaker Magazine’s annual ‘25 new faces of independent film’ list, Hannah had two short films, The Gathering Squall and Man & Gun played at SXSW in 2012. In May, Hannah attended the Champs-Elysees Film Festival where A Teacher was awarded the U.S. In-Progress Grand Prize. Hannah is also an alumna of Indiana University.

Eliza Hittman is an award-winning filmmaker, born and based in New York City. She received an MFA from California Institute of the Arts, School of Film / Video (2010). Her short films have screened at the Sundance Film Festival, Oberhausen Kurzfilmtage, the British Film Institute, BAMcinemaFEST, and the Guggenheim (Bilbao). Her short film Forever’s Gonna Start Tonight was listed on Indiewire Magazine’s list of “the Best of the Best” at Sundance in 2011. Her debut feature film It Felt Like Love was voted one of the Top Ten films at Sundance by Film Comment by Laura Kern. She is one of Filmmaker Magazine’s 25 New Faces of Indie Film of 2013 and is also an alumna of Indiana University.
