Angela is a beautiful, young Sicilian woman married to a drug and jewel dealing mobster. Unlike most mob-wives, she participates in her husband’s business. Angela’s husband assigns one of the ‘gang’ to be her escort, which leads to a mutual attraction. She loves her husband but his position forces him to constantly deny his own true feelings – pushing Angela into a passionate and tormented affair. She eventually sacrifices everything for love…and is punished for it. Angela is the story of a woman and her life in the solitude of a world made of laws written by men.
