About Mr. India
Considered one of the most iconic films of its time, Mr. India was the second biggest box office hit of 1987, and remains a cult classic in Indian Cinema. Described as a Hindi fantasy superhero film, it stars Sridevi, Anil Kapoor, and Amrish Puri in lead roles.
A poor but big-hearted man (Kapoor) takes orphans into his home. After discovering his scientist father's invisibility device, he rises to the occasion and fights to save his children and all of India from the clutches of a megalomaniac named Mogambo, a brilliant yet insane general whose goal is to conquer India.
