An innocent girl (Linda Blair) is inhabited by a terrifying supernatural entity. Her mother (Ellen Burstyn), with frantic resolve, hires her two priests (Jason Miller and ax von Sydow) to come together in a battle with ultimate evil. One priest is full of doubt, while the other a rock of faith. To this day, The Exorcist leaves viewers breathless. Filmmaker Alexandre O. Philippe is working on a documentary about William Friedkin and The Exorcist and will discuss the film and his project.
