A light-hearted comedy set in an office environment that addresses the tough issues of pay disparity, sexism, harassment, and gender roles in the work place. Three female coworkers—played by Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, and Dolly Parton—all fantasize about killing their misogynist jerk of a boss Frank M. Hart Jr. (Dabney Coleman). The three women put a new spin on the work place when their boss suddenly becomes unavailable—the toxic work environment is removed. A more positive office environment leads to higher productivity, more efficient employees, and smiling faces. The burning question is what happened to Frank M. Hart Jr.? Contains mature content, including violence, strong language, sexual situations, and drug references.
