A retired burglar adjusting to dementia finds friendship in his caregiving robot. Q&A to follow.
Robot & Frank is set in the near future and centers on a retired cat burglar named Frank. His well-meaning but misguided children purchase a robot to care for their father as he ages and his dementia progresses. This fictional, comic take on caregiving shines a spotlight on how we find meaning and relate to the world as we age. [89 mins; comedy, drama; English]
This screening will be followed by a brief Q&A with Dementia Friendly Bloomington.
