The B1G Story: George Taliaferro documents the life of George Taliaferro (1927-2018), who first won recognition as a football prodigy in his youth. But when George left the safety of his home community to play football in college, he found himself unable to live in the dorms or eat in local restaurants. George’s response would go on to change history and earn him a place in the pantheon of athletes that broke racial barriers and influenced generations.
