Ending Overdose Together
Ending Overdose Together is a harm-reduction film series illuminating the realities of the overdose crisis and the stigma people who use drugs face within our communities. This series uses narrative and documentary films to explore societal attitudes about drug use, supplementing the films with either a filmmaker Q&A or panel discussion with people who have lived experiences. This series offers an intimate look at the lives of people impacted by the War on Drugs and substance-use stigma. Attendees will discover opportunities to support the local harm-reduction movement and learn how we all have a role in ending overdose together. This partnership is supported through IU Cinema’s Creative Collaborations program.
Curated by Kass Botts of the Indiana Recovery Alliance with support from IU Cinema, Hoosier Harm Reduction Coalition, IU Health Positive Link HIV Services, and Zero is Possible.
