All tickets have been distributed for this event. IU Cinema will recognize a standby line at 6:15pm. If any seats become available, we will seat patrons from the standby line.

IMPORTANT: This event takes place at Memorial Stadium, not in IU Cinema. Join President Michael A. McRobbie and IU Cinema for an outdoor screening of a film celebrating the places and people who bring magic to the movie-going experience.

Important notes for this screening:

There is a limited number of tickets available. Please only secure a ticket if you are certain you can attend.
The screening will take place in Memorial Stadium with blanket seating on the field. Stadium seating is also available as an alternative. Patrons should bring their own blankets. No chairs will be permitted.
Entrance will be available at the east gates of Memorial Stadium.
Parking will be available in the Orange Lot (through Gate 4 off 17th street) of Memorial Stadium.

This multi award-winning love letter to cinema tells the story of Salvatore, now a successful film director, returning home for the funeral of Alfredo, his old friend who was projectionist at the local cinema throughout his childhood.
